A Quick Glimpse:
Tid Bit #1:
The first thing that stands out about Becky is her drive for
causing results. She has a remarkable talent to motivate
people to get things done and have fun doing it at the same
time. It’s brilliance in action, and comes directly out of her
strength in connecting with people.
Tid Bit #2:
A glimpse into Becky’s work over the past 15 years tells a
story of success and tenacity. She has helped leaders
implement large-scale transformational projects,
reorganizations large and small, and facilitate transitions of
corporations and people alike. Nothing is too big or too small
to transform, as evidenced in her own growth-focused life.
Tid Bit #3:
And yes, Becky, too, has the educational discipline and
degrees to support her work. She earned a B.A in Psychology
from Sonoma State University and a M.A. in Psychology from
CSU, Sacramento. These coupled with her experience create
a great confidant and advisor to all with whom she works.
Tid Bit #4:
If you looked up the word integrity in the dictionary, you’d
see Becky’s picture. It’s not integrity as in right and wrong.
Becky’s integrity is about doing what she says she’ll do when
she says she’ll do it. Equally as important, integrity means
she is authentic in all her interactions, no matter the situation.
